Cold brew is a gentle method of cold extraction by infusing freshly ground coffee. Mixed with milk or vegetable drinks, you obtain a harmonious and delicious drink.

Specialty coffee is grown in particular microclimates and in certain regions of the globe. Coffee beans must meet high standards for green coffee, roasting and storage. The beans must be 100% Arabica and have specific profiles in terms of aroma, notes, acidity and body.
For this we work with Jean François Torre – Indian Cafés in Nice (06), a passionate roaster. To serve it, we have professional Baristas specialized in high quality coffee. Also with the possibility of using Latte Art to add value to the presentation of hot or cold drinks.
We offer turnkey Barista animation, in which we use automatic grinders on demand to provide a precise and fresh grind. As well as professional coffee machines on a sleek mobile bar to offer quality coffee during your events.

Matcha is a superfood due to its unique nutritional profile and offers many health benefits.
To make it a more delicious drink (less bitter) we can serve it with vegetable milk (oat milk for example).
For this, we work with Jeremy from “Maison Matcha” with the aim of offering a sublime experience focused on the quality and well-being of its consumers through a specialty product, Matcha.
